Phillippa Gregory has recreated the Tudor Court with the story of The Constant Princess. Focusing on Catalina (the Infanta of Spain), also known as Katherine of Aragon, this novel shows some of the behind-the-scenes politics of the royal court. This is a fascinating read! -Christine Aden
Effective July, 2007, the Tredway Library will offer access to New Testament Abstracts, an indispensable research and bibliographic aid for scholars and students of the New Testament and its historical milieu. Every year NTA abstracts up to 2,100 articles chosen from more than 500 periodicals in numerous languages. Nearly 800 current books are also summarized annually.
The Tredway Library will remain open throughout the summer:
Monday-Thursday: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m.-12 p.m.

If you like the movie, “The Day After Tomorrow”, adventure novels, or are intrigued by how creatures are reacting to the abuse of our planet by its human inhabitants, you will find The Swarm: A Novel required reading this summer.
