Marvin Bell

reads from his work

in the River Readings at Augustana.

 

Originally from Long Island, NY, Bell taught writing at the Iowa Writers’ Workshop

at the University of Iowa for 40 years.

He was Iowa’s first poet laureate, from 2000 to 2004.
