I-Clickers in the library

iclicker  Over the summer, the library purchased a set of “clickers” to use in library instruction sessions. These clickers allow students to interact with the librarian and instructor by selecting an answer to a posed question. It’s kind of like voting. The librarian will ask a question, and students anonymously submit their answer by clicking A, B, C, or D. Then a graph appears, showing the distribution of answers. This new system will be used in some of the LSFY courses throughout the year. It’s a fun way to participate in library instruction — and to see how your classmates answered a question!
