Woodrell has written eight novels. Three of them are on display
and available for checkout in the library: 

  • Woe To Live On (1987) – Adapted by Ang Lee into the film Ride With the Devil
  • Tomato Red (1998) – Won PEN West Award for the Novel
  • Winter’s Bone (2006) – Made into a film to be released this summer; the film won grand jury prize for drama at 2010 Sundance Film Festival
